This November we cover Thailand end to end — not to sightsee, but to inspect every hotel, boat and table before a single seat is sold.

The stuff you're actually wondering.

Why is there no price?

Because we haven't negotiated it. In November we walk into every hotel and stand on the beach with every boat operator. The price comes out of those conversations and publishes on 1 December. Quoting a number before that would be a guess, and you'd be the one paying for it.

What does the founding ten actually get?

A 7.5% admin fee instead of 15% — for life, on every Wandera trip you ever take. The first ten people are taking a risk on a company with no track record. That's what it's worth to us.

What is the "recce", and what if it goes badly?

A recce is a reconnaissance trip — we fly out before selling anything and check the whole route ourselves. Ours runs eleven days this November: nine hotels, every boat operator, every restaurant. If the rates don't come, we'd rather move the trip than sell you a week we don't believe in.

I've never travelled abroad. Is that okay?

That's exactly who this is for. Visa guidance, transfers, the whole route — handled, with a Wandera leader beside you all week. First-timers are our favourite people to travel with.

I'm travelling alone. Who will I share with?

Someone of the same gender, in a twin room — two separate beds, always. Around 70% of the group arrives solo. If we can't pair you, you get the room to yourself at no extra cost.

Check your passport before anything else.

If you don't have one it takes about a month, and the fee has gone up. If it expires within six months of travel, it's no good. This is the most common reason people miss a trip they wanted to take.

Can I pay in instalments, or settle upfront?

Both. Settle upfront, or split across our in-house, zero-interest milestone plan. No bank interest, no platform markups. We'll walk you through both on WhatsApp once the price is out.

What's the refund and grace period?

An unconditional money-back grace period: 30 days if you settle upfront, 15 days on the milestone plan. Change your mind for any reason inside that window and we refund 100% of trip fees paid. The one condition is that departure must still be at least 60 days away, so we have time to offer your seat to the waitlist.

When do I get my flight tickets?

On Crescendo, your flights are locked the moment your booking confirms, and we share the airline PNR straight away — so you can see the seat on the airline's own app. Boarding passes land two to three days before we fly.

I'm not in India. Can I still join?

Yes — take Land only and meet us in Krabi. You can pay by Wise or direct international transfer, in your own currency, with no markup on our end.

What if the trip doesn't fill?

We'll tell you, and return everything you've paid. We don't commit money to suppliers until the group is confirmed, so a short cohort costs you nothing.

How do I ask something that isn't here?

Message us on WhatsApp and a real person replies — usually within a few hours, with no sales pitch at the other end.
